The Portland Camera Club (Portland, Maine) has welcomed photography enthusiasts of all levels since 1899.  Meetings are held on Mondays from September through May at the American Legion Hall in South Portland. The address is 413 Broadway (click here for directions).

We meet to display, critique and discuss photography in
a friendly atmosphere. Visitors are always welcome, but only members may submit images in club competitions. To learn more about us, visit our About the Club page.

The Portland Camera Club is a charter member of the Photographic Society of America and the New England Camera Club Council.

June through August
The club does not have scheduled meetings during the summer, however, we do get together for group shoots occasionally. The following dates have been announced:
 
June 22 Iris Shoot - 5 pm
 
July 13 Wells Reserve - 6 pm
 
August 3 Pineland Farms - 6 pm
 
August 31 Downtown Portland - 6 pm
 
Club president Mike Cempa will provide details, including directions and meeting point, on the club's Yahoo group and on this website as we get closer to each event.
