One Shot Competition

Rules

  1. Use one roll of E-6 slide film (for example, Ektachrome or Fujichrome -- not Kodachrome).

  2. Shoot one shot (one exposure) for each of the categories listed on the entry form.

  3. You may enter a partial roll if you can't find all the categories.

  4. You may use the extra shots on the roll (for example, if you use a 36-exposure roll), but only the 24 declared frames (shots) will be considered for the contest.

  5. On the entry form, record the frame number for each of the categories, along with a brief description of the picture. You may shoot the pictures in any order. For example, if the first picture you take is for SIMPLICITY, then write "1" on the FRAME # line next to SIMPLICITY and a brief description of your picture.

  6. For the category TITLE SLIDE, the picture will be judged and must clearly identify you, the photographer.

  7. Turn in the undeveloped film with $12 for processing to George Sergeant not later than April 9th (two weeks before the One Shot Competition).

The slides will all be shown at the One Shot Competition, April 23, 2012.

Note: The judges will pick a winner for each of the 24 categories. The winners will have a chance to become millionaires....
