The Glennie Nature Competition

The Portland Camera Club will be participating in the Glennie Memorial Nature Salon.  The Glennie is a premier, international all-nature club competition of digital images, known for its diversity of subjects which range from animals to botany to landscapes.

PCC/Glennie coordinator Linda Cullivan has posted these details:

All members (dues paid) of PCC may enter up to 3 images. The FIRM deadline is Friday, February 16, 2018. There are no fees as this is a club based competition. The Club pays the entry fee.

Submitting Images

These must be nature images based on the PSA rules of nature photography. You can find the definition and rules here: https://psa-photo.org/index.php?nature-nature-definition (Photographic Society of America website).

Image file requirements:  Format: JPEG (*.jpg).  Image dimensions: 1024px maximum width X 768px maximum height.  Resolution: 100 ppi.  Color Space: sRGB.  File size is limited to no more than 1 Megabyte (1MB).

All dues-paid members of the PCC may submit up to 3 images. Email your images to the PCC/Glennie coordinator, Linda Cullivan, at linda.cullivan@gmail.com or give Linda your images on a thumb drive.  Please remember that the deadline is Friday, Feb 16th!

Each club can submit ten images with no more than two per maker. Please submit your best nature images in one of the above categories.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Linda at linda.cullivan@gmail.com.
